We sell all categories of women’s underwear (lingeries), including sleepwear, undergarments and lightweight robes. To find any underwear or product of your choice, use the search feature available on the website homepage to narrow down the results.

There are no other products on Foreverlingeries apart from the women’s lingeries that are sold through it. If you need our help on locating other products, you may reach out to us via our email address at [email protected], and we will see if we can help you.

We sell branded women underwear with each brand having its own brand name and logo. As for individual customizing requests, we do not offer such a service.

All you need to place an order on Foreverlingeries is to locate the product categories at the top of the screen and select your preferred choice. Once selected, the product image will be enlarged with other information such as product description available to you. You can add the item to your cart (shopping basket at the top right corner of the screen) and proceed to checkout to buy the product or continue adding other products to the basket.

When you click on “Go to Checkout” at any point, the total cost of the items in your cart will be added to give you a total cost.

After clicking on “Go to Checkout”, you will be automatically directed to our simple and secure payment process where you will be required to provide your payment method and information as well as shipping information.

Yes, your payment information is secure with us. We will never use your payment information for any other purposes other than to process your payments for your order. Also, we do not share your payment information or any other personal information with any company or third party. Please note that once you place an order through our website, we are unable to make changes or cancel it if it has already been confirmed and dispatched; therefore, we recommend that you take extra caution to be sure of what you are placing an order for on the website.

No, you do not need to create an account before you can place an order and receive it. You can place your order by just selecting the product of your choice and submitting the required information during checkout. However, we recommend that you create a user account on Foreverlingeriesin order to take advantage of some of the features put in place on the website and our services.

Creating an account through the website is easy. All you need to do is to locate and click on the “Login/Sign-Up” link at the top right corner of the website.

From the emerging page, locate the sign-up link and click on it to submit the required personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number.

Yes, the prices attached to our underwear are inclusive of VAT and other relevant taxes. Also, the cost of shipping and import duties (if applicable) will be added to the total cost of your order during checkout. The estimate will be provided to you before you place the order.

To determine if the underwear is your size, you will need to use the section named “Size Guide” on the product page. Use the Size Guide to determine your size and compare with the size written on the product.

Absolutely, you can order for a multiple of any particular underwear of your choice. You just need to specify the number you want by selecting it on the product page.

The estimated time of delivery for all orders depends solely on your country of location or the shipping address you provided. While some locations take a few days, others may take more due to the distance.

For orders within the United Kingdom: We deliver within 2 – 3 days.

For orders within Europe: We deliver within 3 – 5 working days.

For orders outside Europe and the United Kingdom: We deliver within 5 – 7 working days.

Yes, we ship and sell to all countries – provided that your country does not currently have an embargo on our services or the products that we sell.

When you select and click on “Go to Checkout” after shopping for all the underwear you would like to order, you will be redirected to our safe and secure payment page where you can submit your payment information for payment and follow the instructions that follow. You can make payment for your order by Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal or Apple Pay.

You can pay for your order(s) using the major Credit and Debit Cards such as Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Visa Debit. You can also make payments via PayPal.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel confirmed orders at the moment. This is because we immediately begin the dispatch of items as soon as an order is placed and confirmed by us; hence, our inability to process or offer a cancellation. We recommend that you take caution and be sure of what you are placing orders for on the website.

However, you can cancel and return your order within 30 days of delivery – provided that such a return meets up with the terms and conditions in our Refund Policy. Yes, we do. We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day which means that amendments to your details can only be made before 5pm on the same working day.
Please note that we can only make changes to address and sizing information or cancel an order in its entirety.
We will not be able to amend orders that are made after 5pm during the week or over the weekend.

Yes, you will be entitled to refund – provided that you meet the terms and conditions in our Refund Policy.

 

If you wish to return any part of your order, you can do so within 30 days of the receipt of the parcel. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when you send your parcel.  All returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach Foreverlingeries. If your item is incorrect or faulty, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the receipt of the parcel in order to obtain either a refund or a replacement. Yes, you have to pay for shipping, and the charges vary depending on your country of location.

For delivery in the United Kingdom (including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), shipping charges cost £4.99.

For delivery in Europe, shipping charges cost £9.99.

For delivery in Worldwide, shipping charges cost £10.99.

When you place an order for any underwear, and we confirm it, you will be issued with your order information, including the order number. You can then use the relevant order number to track your order on the relevant courier website. Tracking is available from the point of dispatch to your doorstep.
